Marina Solutions international (MSI) is headed up by James Beaver and Bill Green, who offer clients their years of experience in the marina, yachting and hospitality industries.

Both Directors have been instrumental in the design, construction, commissioning, redevelopment and operational management of many high-profile marinas across Europe, the Mediterranean, Middle East, Brazil, Africa, USA, Asia Pacific, and the Caribbean.

We offer our unique insights into current emerging trends, competitive markets and new yachting destinations all over the world.

James Beaver, Founding Director

James Beaver is a marina specialist with over 25 years industry experience, responsible for numerous global marina projects from inception, through to commissioning and operation - James knows how to successfully integrate and optimise the all-important land/water interface.

Bill Green, Founding Director

Bill Green is arguably one of the most talented marina designers in the world.

Bill has 30+ years experience in turnkey design, construction and operation of major marinas all over the globe, along with design and consultancy services for numerous other marinas and waterfronts.

Tim Denton, Technical Director

Tim Denton is an engineer with 35+ years of experience in consultancy with a focus on design and project management for civil and waterside developments, ranging from commercial port facilities to marinas and coastal regeneration projects, worldwide.

Charlotte Broadribb, Associate Marketing Director

Charlotte Broadribb has 20+ years brand, advertising, marketing and communications experience. For 10+ years Charlotte has worked with marina destinations all over the world to devise and implement successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

Glynn Thomas, Project Manager

Glynn Thomas is a highly skilled, professional and dedicated general marina operations and project manager with 19+ years experience in both UK and overseas environments. He has an eye for detail and a proven track record of managing capital works and developing growth within marina and waterfront businesses, whilst controlling costs and maintaining exemplary standards, he is adept at dealing with members of government, guests, staff and contractors.

Harry Windsor, Lead Technical Consultant

With 25+ years’ of marinas & yacht operational management, Harry Windsor is a highly motivated, professional and capable project manager, with global experience in marina & coastal developments. Having spent much of his recent working past in the MENA region, Harry has a documented history of managing capital works projects to ensure positive outcomes and timely project success.

Ruurd van Putten, Consultant, ASEAN

Ruurd has 20+ years of experience in the yachting and marina industry. After working several years in The Netherlands as professional skipper, yacht broker and marina manager. Ruurd relocated to Vietnam in 2007, a pioneer in the new yacht market, he founded its first yacht sales, charter and management company, also providing expertise and advice for marinas and yacht clubs, yacht management and yacht building.

Joseph Wong, Asian Region Representative

Joseph Wong has 10+ years’ experience in the marina industry and is Marina Solutions International’s representative in Asia. He has consulted on waterfront development and marina design & management throughout many regions within Asia. Joseph also brings 25+ years sales & marketing experience and in-depth expertise of the Asian markets and the expectations of developers in the region.
